Big Stars - Tiny Dogs!

Who can resist a pair of puppy-dog eyes? Certainly not Hollywood: Stars like Kate Hudson, Selma Blair and Paula Abdul are all cozying up to their cute little canines. 
What makes them go so gaga? 
"Small dogs give celebrities an opportunity to give what they receive: the grooming, the cuddling. It's the doll that they never had," Warren Eckstein, contributing pet editor for NBC's Today show, tells Us. 
"And the little ones can travel everywhere. The psychological companionship is really important, especially for women."
